Guy W. Cole, 83, a 4-year Carson City resident, passed
away Oct. 15 at his home with his wife, Dorothy at his side.
He was born Sept. 23, 1925 to Guy W. Cole Sr. and
Francis Marie Barnhouse in Grafton, W Va. Guy was married Oct. 17, 1946 to
Dorothy Steele in Maryland.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Cole of 62 years;
brother-in-law Noel Watkins (Adri) of Canada; sister-in-law Olga Gardner,
Calif.; nephews David Newcome of W. Va., Michael Roth, Carson City, Charles
Milet de St. Aubin (Linda) of California; nieces Sue Lowe of W. Va., Sandra
Marzec (Skip), Wash., Debra Timmons (Dan) of Carson City, Sandra Timmons
(John) of Genoa
A “Celebration of Life” will be 1 p.m., Nov. 22 at
Comstock Mobile Village, 2601 College Parkway, in the clubhouse.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations
be made to Saint Mary’s Hospice, Reno
