Lyle E. DeVan
March 7, 1925 - November 27, 2008

Lyle E. DeVan passed away at his home on Thursday, November 27, 2008.  Mr. DeVan was born March 7, 1925 in North Dakota and was a 10 year resident of Carson City.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores, and a brother and sister.  He is survived by his daughter, Donna Duncan, of Carson City; son and daughter-in-law Jake and Kathy DeVan of Somis, CA; six grandchildren, four step grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, three step great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at FitzHenry's Funeral Home, 3945 Fairview Drive in Carson City on Tuesday, December 2 at 11 am with burial to follow at the Fernley Veteran's Cemetery with full military honors.
